Aurora Patriotic Days
July 2nd through July 4th
 Aurora celebrates the 4th of July with a bang, featuring parades, picnics, sawdust piles, live music and numerous community events. Class reunions and other gala festivities provide nostalgic entertainment for residents and visitors alike. Patriotic Days is put on by Celebrate Aurora.

Northern Lights Music Festival
The Northern Lights Music Festival brings fine professional classical music to the Iron Range.  Founded in 2003 by Aurora native, Veda Zuponcic, the festival  brings opera, symphonic music and chamber music to Aurora as well as other Range cities.   

Pumpkin Fest
Also put on by the dedicat
ed volunteers of Celebrate Aurora,  Aurora's Pumpkin Fest, held annually the 2nd Weekend in October, attracts both young and old! Join us for: Craft Vendors, Quilt Show, Children's Games, Decorate-a-Pumpkin , Wagon Rides, Tasty Food, and much more! The Pumpkin Fest is held indoor/outdoor at the Aurora Community Building located on the corner of Main Street and 1st Street West. 

Holiday Heritage Festival
The Holiday Heritage Festival is held in early December  at the Aurora Community Building located on the corner of Main Street and 1st Street West.Get your Christmas Shopping done early with the many craft Vendors.  Kids can shop for their family and friends at the "Kids Only" area.  Cookie decorating, ornament making, visit with Santa, and games!  Plenty of parking and activities for all ages!
