Our Government

The City Clerk's Office carries out various statutory duties for the City of Aurora.  The City's official records are executed, filed and maintained here, including City Council minutes, resolutions, and ordinances.  The City Code is also updated and maintained through this office.

Home-based Business Licenses, Liquor Licenses, Tobacco, THC, and Animal Licenses are processed and issued through the City Clerk's Office.  Go to the License and Permits page for more information.
